Pros

Work schedule is fantastic (Either Tues-Fri or Sat-Mon). Bachelor's degree programs (though limited in range of career fields) are free to all associates no strings attached. They essentially tack on the school expenditure onto your paycheck as "money earned". For example, I made 42K a year, but with school involved it increased to 62K per year and was part of my taxes. Health benefits are decent.

Cons

Career growth and experience is limited. Time accrued for PTO is ghastly slow even after 11 years.

Shifts can be hectic or a little slow Lots of systems to train on Lots of hands on learning that can be applied to other IT positions

Cons

HR doesn't communicate between each other or with staff Mandatory overtime with a low amount of time off allowed
