Pros

Walser is a great company and although the organization has been changing it is for the better. Very forward thinking. 5% giving is awesome, Senior Management was built from the ground up and know/understand how the dealerships operate. Hourly comp plus bonus, no commissions, no games and team based sales environment. From a current employee of almost two years, I could not ask for more out of an industry with a bad reputation to begin with. I think that the owners and managers work with their people and like to see them successful.

Cons

Benefits aren't the best, pay for positions outside of sales needs to improve.

Pros

Very flexible with accomodating to family situations and hours. Great volunteer opportunities and member of 5% club. Great manager, fun sales people and finance staff.

Cons

Pay is not always what it should be. The company may promote improvement and movement through the company but a degree doesn't always mean you get comensated any differently. Seems like some people are favored when it comes to promotions.
