Pros

Walser has such a welcoming culture; every individual truly matters here! Really great employee resource groups, job growth opportunities, and coaching to achieve personal and professional goals!

Cons

Moreso a downside of the industry than Walser is the unpredictability of the market, Walser combats that with a base salary that definitely relieves the stress of putting food on the table!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for being a valued member of the Walser team! We're thankful to hear that you feel welcomed, supported, and part of our inclusive, family-oriented culture. It’s also fantastic to know that you’ve found value in our employee resource groups, career & growth opportunities, and mentorship support. We understand the challenges that come with the unpredictability of the market and are glad to hear that our approach, including offering a base salary, helps provide stability and peace of mind. In an industry that is normally 100% commission for sales positions, we found value in giving a base salary plus a great upside in incentive opportunity. Your feedback motivates us to continue building an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally. We know this work is never done, and will require continual effort from all of us striving to make progress every day. Thank you for your dedication and for being an integral part of what makes Walser great! Sincerely, Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your dedication over the past 8–10 years. We're glad to hear that you found our training program helpful and easy to navigate the job duties. We acknowledge that maintaining enthusiasm and motivation over time can be challenging. Your advice to management to keep the team motivated is invaluable, and we’ll continue to explore ways to foster a more engaging and inspiring workplace. Be sure to ask your direct manager about different monthly incentive programs or yearly performance contests to be recognized in different ways! Also, there are different leadership and skill development programs offered throughout the year that your store leader can provide more information on. If you have specific ideas or suggestions on how we can better support long-term motivation, we’d love to hear them. Your experience, company loyalty, and perspective are incredibly valuable to us as we strive to improve. Please reach out to me at any time if you would like to discuss further, Ltrett@walser.com. Thank you again for your feedback and for your commitment to Walser! Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition
