I have gained wonderful connections in this organization and feel engaged with the company's vision and mission. Walser's culture is what other auto dealers should strive for in the industry.

The training is exceptional. The people are amazing! Your understanding of the automotive industry grows the most here.

Cons

You take the role of Sales and Finance Manager (F&I)… the pay doesn’t represent that. Sometimes, there’s also a lot of pressure to meet quota (but that maybe an overall sales role).
