Pros

They give you free clothing!

Cons

-Extremely Political. If a manager loves you, you’ll make money. If they’re indifferent about you, you can fight your way to some money, but if they don’t like you, don’t expect to get any good walk ins/inquiries. -Management: Incredibly toxic. Tease customers behind their backs. Talk about customer credit scores with other employees. Talk about employees to other employees. Basically a big high school.

Pros

Management in store is great

Cons

Corporate says they are people centered and they talk about core values but they only care about their people and the core values only matter during a good market. When it gets tough they cut staff, service work, and pay for everyone except sales people. Then they wonder why long term employees leave.

I really have nothing positive to say.

Cons

They will drain you for all your worth and fire you when you eventually get hurt on the job.
