      Pros

      Great training program. You will learn everything you need to know to sell. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      While other dealerships your job is defined at walser your job will be sales, detail, finance, lot tech, and on top of that you will be trying to guess what your bonus check will be every month because of their charge back policy. Have been promoting from outside of the company pretty much exclusively for the past year, passing on great talent they have already.

      Pros

      They promise they promote within and have a training program.

      Cons

      Reluctantly forget to tell you that the pay plan changes at least once a year. Makes it a point to scold you if you have a bad month, but if you have a great month, all you get is a pat on the back.

      Pros

      Happy Hour at corporate is probably the only thing that kept me sane during my years with Walser

      Cons

      The company seems to be going through endless change. Since I left almost all of the directors and managers I worked with are no longer there. Why? The company has a habit of draining some of it's best employees and pushing them to work more and more hours with little incentive and pay. The owners really have no loyalty for their employees they tend to dispose of individuals they dislike. Oh and HR is useless all there good at is eating in their isolated enclave.
