Project management team was amazing and the support system was great.

Cons

Only downside is the company is very large and some people felt like just a number

Pros

Consistent about working more than 40hrs/wk. They run a very tight ship as far as their processes go for data management go.

Cons

You wind up working more than 60hrs/wk. and that isn’t enough. Bully culture. Superintendents leave early and you’re stuck holding the bag. Very corporate. Very conservative, though they would like to think they’re not because they have token folks to check off those boxes. However the token folks are conservative too.

Pros

Culture and people are great. There is an open door policy with pretty much any person in the company. Work life balance is important and the company backs it. They truly believe in their values and stand by them.

Cons

I think the salary is lower than some of the comparable companies in the area. There also seems to be some favoritism within the management group.
