Large builds can be stressful

Below market pay. Jobs are understaffed so you'll do the work of multiple people and take on the stress of multiple people. No established training program. Most of your learning comes from a "trial by fire" situation. VERY much a ol boys club. It is hard to break into the inner circle and you'll be treated poorly if your not in that circle. You also only get paid well if you are a part of this inner circle, or at least that is the impression that is given.
