The creative atmosphere is infectious. The perks (monthly massages, Spurs season tickets, etc.). HQ is centrally located. Open door policy. Coaching. Advancement possibilities. Working with talented and knowledgeable individuals. Integrity is the cornerstone is our company's vision.

Cons

If you are not comfortable with transformation or change, Walton is not for you.

If I had to describe Walton Signage in five words, it would be this: Talented, driven, dedicated, innovative, ambitious. Gary Walton is a fearless leader surrounded by a talented team that is not afraid to stick their neck out in the industry and who TRULY value their partners (customers). Walton Signage takes care of their employees who in turn take care of their customers, solidifying a partnerships based on trust. I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

With nearly seven years in, I cannot say one bad thing about this amazing company.
