Pros

Massages, perks, technology, Vacation, people

Cons

Can't trust what they say, will do anything to fill the CEO's pockets, hires sales people for the contacts and then dumps them, lies to prospective employees, Landmark and Gap International brainwashing.

Pros

Quality products are manufactured for clients. Attempts are made to create an employee culture.

Cons

Wow, ask about the turnover rate which is in excess of 35% for sure and 100% for executives. There is no unifying culture is real sense of teamwork. Landmark culture is rampant among CEO and his devotees. Awkward place to work for sure.

Walton Signage Response

We always welcome feedback wherever we can get it. One of the big things we find missing in all organizations is communication. We understand the need for it and spend an extraordinary amount of time working with our employees. We hold monthly "all hands" meetings where we share financial results plus plans and answer any questions asked. We meet with teams and individuals to communicate needed information and to get their feedback. We try to balance the need to do more against the demands of our customers for which we get paid. Mostly what we have found around "people being in fear of losing their jobs" is in response to a layoff of an employee who is under-performing to the point that it is detrimental to the business. What most employees may not know is that by the time a layoff happens we have had numerous meetings with the employee, none of which we disclose publicly. Additionally, we encourage all employees to communicate wit their managers with any concerns of any type they may have. The employees that do that get direct responses and it is our intention that their concerns are addressed and their concerns disappear.
