Pros

The culture is fantastic!!! From healthy snacks and massages to a flexible vacation policy and personalized training sessions; Walton really does care for the employees. The CEO and COO always make sure to walk around and have face time with the employees. Many staff members have been promoted within the last year. There are always opportunities for advancement. Employees at Walton are encouraged to speak up, even if it isn't an easy conversation.

Cons

Some people can't make the cut. Walton demands an exceptional level of work from their staff. Many previous employees think since the culture is relaxed that their work can also be. However, don't be fooled. Only the highest caliber people stick around, so therefore the turnover has been greater in the past few years.

Pros

Walton Signage is one of the fastest growing companies in South Central Texas. They continue to stay on top of their game by adding some of the Top Talent in the industry. The big question is who wouldn't want to work with the Top Talent? Extremely nice office atmosphere and nice equipment. Centrally located in the San Antonio area. Great benefits, flexible schedule and great people.

Cons

If you cannot work in a fast pace environment then this is not the place for you. If you cannot accept change this is not the place for you.

Pros

After 7+ years, I have seen this company continuously grow and consistently achieve goals, year over year. The founder and CEO maintains a 'can do' attitude, which is the momentum of the company. The President of the Company approaches situations with a positive attitude. The Company is one team, which consists of great people with grand talents. There are remote positions as well as in-office positions in San Antonio. Great 401K plan, along with a nice healthcare package (includes dental and vision).

Cons

After working at Walton, other sign companies won't measure up.
