Pros

The environment is one of growth and change. Coaching and training is available to every level. We value keeping our word and playing full out for our clients and team members.

Cons

Things move quickly. Slowing down a bit for comprehensive communication at times could be a benefit for new team members.

Pros

Team work environment. Everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. There is no problem to small that upper management won't help guide you to the solution if needed. Walton actively pursues the top talent which ensures that you won't be pulling the project to the finish line by yourself.

Cons

If you are one to hide in the background and not raise your hand when you have a problem or mistake then this is not the environment for you. As Walton Signages approach is we win and lose as a team.

Pros

Over the last three years, Walton has grown successfully at a rapid pace. As with every company who is growing and expanding, there are learning curves and often movement throughout the organization, which has to happen to align the company’s goals, objectives, and investor expectation. Walton maneuvers quickly and proactively adjusting to the ever-changing market, customer needs and internal requirements. The CEO and his Executive team have an expectation for people to deliver on what they promise. Simply put, “do what you say you are going to do and by when you say you would”. The success of Walton is from its commitment to hire the best talent from across the country. Walton also promotes from within as an opportunity aligns with internal talent. Great company that going places quickly!

Cons

I currently don't have any cons about Walton.
