Pros

Flexible work time that I like Some of the perks are good They pay well

Cons

If you know you are a liability then this place is excellent for you. All non performers thrive Management has no clue what to do when it comes to reducing cost I have seen good people let go and at the same time, non performing assets retained The new org structure is leadership heavy that actually adds to the cost No one will care about your work as long as you are a "Yes Man" to your boss If you try to do the right thing, you will be shot

Pros

Great dining/relaxation/patio area. Most people tend to be friendly and easy going. Casual dress.

Cons

My experience was very, very negative, the job description clearly stated that $ was an hourly rate and $$ was an overtime rate, it was pretty clear that I would have to work longer than 8 hours a day. The second manager saw an overtime claim she said to never do it again, even if I had to stay way past 8 hours including working through lunch. Managers would fairly openly talk about the interviews they would have for the permanent replacement for the position. The department consists of 3 women, down from 5, and they don't seem to be particularly open to changing that at any point. Was notified by a smiling manager that today may or may not be the last day of the contract and later was notified over the email that it was the last day indeed. Finally constant conversations about restaurants and the burning desire to get married.

Pros

Fun environment if you like music

Cons

Terrible benefits (health, vacation, etc), no learning structure or opportunities, favoritism - management clearly shows which employees they favor by giving them opportunities - others are left to pick up the work no one wants to do, while management hopes they leave
