The discount on rent is nice, however, the property was not in great condition. I did not consider moving there,

-Toxic work environment -Hard work is not as valued as kissing up to management. -Pay is not competitive. -Difficult to have a work life balance if you do choose to live on property.

The people I work with are great. The property is beautiful.

Cons

HR and Regionals only care about making money for the company and not helping the people who actually do the work. Every body works hard at our property, but is terrified if someone from corporate calls or comes by our office. Good luck getting a raise or even a decent salary in return for what you do.
