Our Community Managers are empowered to initiate wage increases. Our HR team will not turn down a reasonable wage increase request. We have a competitivly priced comprehensive benefits package. Mental Health is a benefit included in the package which has several services available at no charge to our employees. Wasatch provides 50% match up to 4% on our 401K program and has remained that way for many years. We encourage you to use the open door policy to talk through any of your concerns.
