Leadership that cares. You’re not just a number. Respectable ethics so you don’t feel a conflict of interest with the clients you serve. High potential for promotion and upward movement. Good work/life balance and a good rental discount.

Cons

High stress on the upper management side. On call for emergencies. Pay could use an increase throughout the industry.
