Pros

Benefits generous. Good Fit for the IT services, and had opportunity to engage in cutting edge systems, and help make major system upgrades including hosted environments. Helping staff and students with technology and faculty and staff. My favorite work was working with diverse technologies, including new registers, chip and pin retail systems.

Cons

With the Hosted environment, once installed and functioning, there was very little IT work necessary going forward. I really wasn't interested in selling computers, I want to work in IT systems that challenge my skills and work
