I have worked for Washburn in several capacities since 2004. In all cases, I have my work enormously rewarding. As a faculty member, I found Washburn offers a reasonable salary with excellent benefits. Support for travel , research, and professional development, as well as for student travel, is extraordinary. I recommend Washburn without reservation.

Cons

Change can be slow and change by committee even slower, and that is as true at Washburn as it is at other universities.
