Stay a Year or Two And Then Leave

Pros

Flexible with family time, vacation, and personal leave

Cons

-They substituted tenured employees and access to promotion and salary increases in many departments with lecturers who they can pay less. Over time this really hurts your career. -The only evaluation system for teaching success is student evaluations which studies have repeatedly shown to be biased towards disgruntled students. If you teach an unpopular subject you are in trouble. -Insurance is atrocious, especially if you have a family.
