      Pros

      The teamwork here is really cohesive. Staff really care about patients and are hard workers. Patient first ethic in action. Fellow RNs, CNAs and manager are really helpful. I really enjoy working here I work in another [larger] hospital as well and there are things that WHHS does really well and minimize friction in the workflow for RNs compared to other places. Very flexible schedule as per diem, and the pay is good

      Consider switching to a texting system like Voalte when contacting MDs for new orders instead of having to scramble in finding their number and calling them directly
