      hospital staff is nice and hard working

      Cons

      administration/management- micromanagement, favoritism, punitive approach, old school, million of committees/councils - all talk about the same stuff - not much gets done. No possible advancement if one is not a brownoser

      Nice teamwork amongst the nurses.

      Cons

      No breaks in 8 hours- happens regularly- no one cares! Hateful management and HR is a nightmare. If you appreciate intimidation and hatefulness this is the place for you!
