      Pays well, short commute, benefits are pretty good if you have them

      Cons

      Top (management) heavy, not a lot of opportunity for growth, nepotism (seems like all of the hospital is related)

      Pros

      Emergency Dept staff is like a big family. Watch out and help one another. Great Physcian/Staff relations.

      Cons

      Management is very much about themselves. Scheduling is done in a manner that seniority means nothing. In the Hospitals eyes, you are nothing but a number.

      Great pay and benefits all around. Good hours. They even have an onsite child care.

      Cons

      No communication between Admins. Some of the supervisors have a superior complex.
