Pros

A nice place to meet different people. Very laid back working enviroment. You will get to choose working hours freely.

Cons

Hillside is the worst place to work at. You will meet the worst management ever in your life. They give the employees no respect.

Pros

Pullman is very isolated, which has a few positives: generally fresh air, almost no commute time. The campus is great, and the recreation center and opportunities are amazing.

Cons

Gender bias and old boy mentality are rampant at WSU. Teaching is a back seat to research. Mathematics in particular is mismanaged, with no consistency in teaching assignments so that instructors have little experience in teaching.
