Pros

Sustainable work pace, good pay and benefits, positive environment

Cons

As any large company, doesn't seem to be much flexibility in many HR policies, e.g. getting additional time off, either paid or not. Specific to my area of IT and software development, is a bit behind the curve in CI/CD and some software practices such as governance.

Pros

- Good working environment and friendly colleagues. - Lot of skilled and competent people. - Modern building and facilities. - Reasonable selection of employee benefits.

Cons

- Loss of flexibility after Covid. - The company is increasingly focused on shareholders rather than employees. - Frequent reorganizations without clear direction. - Limited career development opportunities. - Disconnect between actual performance and rewards—writing good objectives matters more than real work. - Below-inflation pay raises for several years, leading to salaries falling below industry average. - Less training compared to pre-Covid years. - Too much corporate marketing talk instead of meaningful action. - It seems the company is not replacing employees who leave, raising concerns about potential shifts in development to lower-cost locations.
