The benefits, including the health plans, are horrible, and if you are considering joining this company, you must take a closer look at them. The HR department portrays a completely different story during the hiring process, so be extremely wary of this. The constant reorganizations have also allowed individuals who don't respect the brand to attain leadership positions, making working under them a complete nightmare.
