Business Outlook
Pros
Great Company -Family oriented and very nice people. The pay is fair because they know you do not have to commute to Boston. The leader in LC and a leader in MS. Great company especially for Scientists.
Cons
The culture has begun to chance recently. It used to be individual contributors were considered as important as the management roles. Recent moves have focused on the upper 10% of management making the separation between middle management and director level even larger then before which has minimized the growth potential of managers. Recent changes in the working environment has even made the difference more profound.
