Amazing company to work for hands down! Work life balance is important to me and this company provides just that. I have felt like family since the day I started. Management is by far the best I have ever worked at. Sometimes I pinch myself to see if this is real. The last 6 months have been amazing, and I could not be more blessed and grateful.

Truly the best company I have ever worked for. Something I despise in a workplace is stagnation. I always want to learn more and see what is next. They do everything in their power to fast-track you onto the path you want to be - even being an entry level employee when I first started. Waterton has made me feel valued as not only an employee but also as a person. I had a variety of health issues come up within my family and not only did they support me while I took the time to take care of what I needed to, but my leaders consistently checked in on me to see how I am doing. Never have I ever felt more valued, seen and appreciated. So grateful to be apart of this team.

Cons

My only con is that I didn't find out about this company sooner.
