      Pros

      Overtime is usually always available. Get always with a lot. Good place to learn. Decent benefits. Hard to get fired. That's it for pros.

      Cons

      No smoking, communication is non existent, managers walk around and that's it just walk around. They don't believe in skilled labor. No respect among managers to employees. Pay isn't given fairly. Lucky to get more than a quarter for a raise. Once you start learning something new they stop you so they don't have to pay you more money.

      Pros

      Just had new management team, and my managers are great to work with. They provided me great opportunities and exposures to sr managers and executives.

      Cons

      No trainings when I came to this company, and I had to define my own role. My job responsibilities do not match my title, and HR was reluctant to make the change.

      you will have a job. you will only have to work this one job. ok benefits.

      Cons

      too much mandated overtime. no work-life balance at all.
