      Pros

      Wave Plastic Surgery is really a fast paced environment. It’s a great place to work at if you love staying busy. Wave always has the most up to date/newest technology (which is great because not a lot of Plastic Surgeons are willing to invest in or try new things). The company provides trainings and certifications, and also team trainings with the Chief Plastic Surgeon. Upper management and admin team are pretty easy to work with and are flexible. There’s a lot of room for growth for all positions.

      Cons

      This is not a good fit for people who aren’t self motivated.

      Pros

      Working at WAVE is so rewarding because it is a company that is rapidly expanding and has a clear plan for the future. The marketing department has become my family and the management and owners have become people that I really look up to. If you want to work in a positive, uplifting and highly competitive company that is truly the best of the best in the industry, WAVE is the place for you. I also love that we have many resources available and it seems as though the company gives what you need - budget, equiptment-wise, etc - to support you.

      This is not the place for people who aren't highly motivated.

      Pros

      My co workers are awesome! The doctors are easy to talk to. I enjoy the patients that come in. I enjoy going to work everyday.

      Cons

      Traffic to get into the office.
