upbeating working environment. everyone is very nice and you can definitely learn a lot here. you have freedom on most of the projects and you can optimize your creativity during your work. people respect and values each other's idea. upper management cares about the employees and they are very nice and easy to talk to. overall a great place to work and expand your abilities.

This company has the right kind of challenges, and it is really rewarding to find creative solutions as a marketing team. Ideas and suggestions are well received here, and trying new things is encouraged. I can't speak for what it is like at the retail locations, but the team at the admin office (Costa Mesa) is really cool. Honestly, it feels a lot like a family. We all get along and we have FUN. We typically have catered lunch at least once a week and it is GOOD food. Also, there are lots of good restaurants nearby within walking distance.
