There are absolutely none that I know of regarding the opportunities here.
Cons
Check this place thoroughly and do your due diligence on all representations they make to you, watch out for signing any document requesting reimbursement to the company for anything, so also remember that if things are not in writing you will not get them. There is absolutely no avenue for advancement and the pay is at the low end of any comparable position with another company. Their benefits are basically health insurance and that does not even start until 90 days.
