Pros

Great leadership, very fun people to work with, lots of exposure to learning new things and broadening my skillset. No one is ever too busy to help you. Excellent pay and benefits (except the insurance cost below).

Cons

I'm probably spoiled by my spouse's health insurance, but the health insurance offered here seems too expensive.
