A unique service offering that is mission driven, both internally and externally. The culture is one that acknowledges and appreciates hard work. Constantly challenged to do better because my colleagues work tirelessly for our clients and one another. It's a collaborative space that welcomes new ideas and is flexible.

Cons

With it being a startup, the benefits package could be better. Open office, which fosters open communication, but can be distracting.
