Do you like working "on call" with no guaranteed schedule/hours?

Works for extremely flexible people who thrive on constant change and don't have to cover all of their living expenses (even if you're a full-time PM).

Cons

Unpredictable number of work hours, work schedule (PMs & TMs) and contantly changing rules for PMs. This isn't due to Covid. It's the nature of the job.

Pros

I am beyond impressed with the direction of WayForth. Upper management is the most caring bunch of individuals I have ever worked under and I feel driven to succeed with their leadership. WayForth is a positive working environment where everyone is driving toward a meaningful common purpose. The field roles can be physically demanding but everyone is in it together. The culture is very client-centric and they are at the heart of everything we do, but the employees are just as treasured.

Cons

None so far. Just the normal pain points of a quickly growing company.
