Wayfair reviews

1) very business driven company with no value for product old tech stack 2) Lots of internal politics which are given more importance than results 3) Jenkins/cron jobs is their bread and butter 4) Manager only cares about updates and no employee development activities

loves to say Wayfair chooses you for a reason but doesn’t really care about employees. I was there for a lil over a month was involved in a car wreck had back injury also was 5 mo pregnant I emailed them cause that was the only form of getting in contact with them emailed called everyday letting them know what was going on and what information they cld tell or give me as far as keeping my job not one person called or emailed me back the only thing I got was a email of separation 4 days later I called they told me they cldnt tell me why no one got back to me even tried to tell me I didn’t say anything about keeping my job in my emails when In fact I did I know cause I was the one sending them and only offer for me to reapply for their oct training class and that was dead
