Pros

Ummmm....you get expensive health insurance as soon as you are hired

Cons

Job description is always changing. If it isn't broken, they still try to fix it. You have to compete with everyone else for your schedule, and even if you are at the top, you may not get a M-F schedule because so few are offered. And schedules change every quarter so be prepared to have NO outside life. Also, HR is absolutely clueless about the law. The only reason this company hasn't been sued is because people in Utah tend to be complacent. I've had to get my attorney involved twice already and am headed to a third time. Needless to say, like most others here, I am on my way out. I've put up with this stuff for over 5 years and what used to be the best job of my life has now become the worst. I used to feel respected but now I know I am just a warm body. Don't let them fool you, they are just another call center and have become one of the worst call centers. No matter what they promise you, even if it's in writing, expect them to change their minds.

Young, fast-paced, test-and-learn culture, great work-life balance, everyone is open to constructive criticism

Cons

Quite a bit of turnover at lower levels, lower compensation than other entry level analysts

Pros

Fun people, good benefits (including 90 days maternity leave after 1 year of employment), flexibility in jobs and opportunity to move positions internally.

Cons

-Inefficient management, specifically with issue resolution. -Any tech issue, customer issue, personal issue, whether it be time cards or schedule and even pay, is incredibly difficult to resolve with them. It's a constant game of passing the ball. Nobody available to ever talk to, everything boils down to working with 'automated' systems and tickets that never seem to get resolved. -Many unanswered questions with nowhere to go for a solid answer... on basic processes for sales or with the storefront. -Site issues constantly, site discrepancies, false charges, inaccurately displayed ads showing expired pricing and promos, all lead to your 'sales rate' which you need to hold above your manager's 'minimum', no questions asked.
