      Pros

      I like the work environment. The people are great and the work description is not too difficult. Also, the benefits are great.

      Cons

      My only real complaint is that in the sales department the bonus structure is always changing for the worse.

      Start-up feel at a massive scale

      Pros

      Wayfair's culture is still very much the start-up mentality (try everything, test everything, move quickly). There are no bad ideas, nobody pulls rank over an individual's ability to create and test new solutions. It's 100% focused on dominating the market and celebrating the victories along the way. Even though there are thousands of employees, everyone works in the same desk set-up as the founders, everyone contributes, and there is a real team approach to learning and testing along the way.

      Everything...management is poor because they put people in positions that don't want to manage, compensation is poor, and job stability is next to none.
