Pros

snacks, fruits, people, nice office

Cons

In house resources are extremely poor...everything is handled in excel and G-docs not the most efficient way to work or learn. Micromanagement all around the place. HR don't listen or care to employees voice. High Turnover, ca 1 year or less. Politics, politics and politics: you can be excellent at your job that if you don't play the politics game good you'll be out. Terrible coffee There is not much you'll be able to learn as the strategy changes too often which makes very difficult to focus on something, it is possible that you might have more than 3 different teams or managers in a really short period of time.

Pros

They try hard to make it fun, (pod outings, work parties) pay is pretty good as well for call centers around here. My direct manager was great as well as my senior manager!

Cons

Wayfair is definitely not the same company as it was when I started, which was over 2 years ago and you'll here a lot of employees say the same thing. The company is going too rapidly and they simply can't keep up with it.

Pros

Nothing good is here except location, Copley

Cons

- For new grads they created HELL called Wayfair Labs. - You are given low quality work to do in first 3 months and demons to look over you, they won't leave single opportunity to blame you, - You'll always be in fear because they start kicking you out .. even for small mistakes - You are punish for asking your doubts on slack(communication channel) - THE-ONE-WHO-CANNOT-BE-NAMED is king of this hell, he'll smirk at you all times, make you realize you have done terrible mistake by joining this company. - They don't judge you by any software engineering standard, THE-ONE-WHO-CANNOT-BE-NAMED knows how they judge. - HIGHLY advisable to new grads to not join this place - From the engineers I talked, Nobody is happy there, everyone is under pressure and hanging sword on your job. - Not worth to join such place, they'll make you feel you are the worst engineer.
