      This place is horrible. Currently trying to escape, but when I interviewed at a different tech company I was told they had over 5 applications from wayfair alone! I would advise to stay away. Wayfair has an internal recruiting agency that games the Glassdoor reviews. Believe me. Most people in marketing want to leave. The pay is significantly lower than what it should be,and the raises are 2-3% per year. Most people leave after 18 months because they need to get promoted before they can leave for a new gig. Other tech companies in Boston will pay you and treat you better than this

      Good location, free snacks, young workforce

      Cons

      Bad management - a lot of new managers and directors are hired from outside and do not respect people who have been with the company before them. Most people leave under 3 years, so be prepared to see employees around you leaving every month. Increasing level of politics and bureaucracy

      Has some very smart (snooty) people.

      Cons

      - Growing at an unhealthy pace - majority of employees have been around for less than a year, no one really knows whats happening - No training, mentorship - They randomly fired someone on our team <6 months without any concrete reasons, and without a structured review process. - Pay is ridiculously low + PTO - very little flexibility when it comes to working remotely
