Work hard, play hard. Actually, work harder, don't play at all.

Pros

There are some nice perks to working at Wayfair: •Company paid events and outings •Good commuter benefits (if applicable) •Decent health care benefits •Encouraged constant learning, Wayfair is always taking on new responsibilities. •Frequent weekly meetings with management.

Cons

Where to begin... •Company culture has been eliminated, this is not the same Wayfair as even just half a year ago, which was already different than the much better environment from before 2015. •Work life balance is gone, an expectation of needing to work overtime and stay later in the office to get more done is placed on the employee. This should be a want, not a need. •Forget cost of living, let alone a competitive salary. Going two years without a raise is not uncommon.

Pros

Free snacks and the furniture giveaways. Those were the only two things that I have positive to say about my work experience here. I didn't learn anything, and everyone acted like giant babies.

Cons

The worst company I've ever worked for. They hired in tons of people and then let them go with no warning. One guy relocated for the job and was let go two weeks later... everyone was lazy. If you needed help there was no one to go to and it would take days for someone in the Boston studios to get back to you. Everyone was always looking to get someone else in trouble, I felt like I was working with elementary students.
