Management only seems to care about the KPI’s. During the craziest time of the year, the Coronavirus pandemic, they lacked telling customers the honest truth about delivery dates which in turn would have 2000-3000 calls in que. It was call after call and no help from management. We were still expected to keep good numbers even with everything going on. Management was never around as they were in meetings all the time. All the time! Never during the year I was there was I spoken to about career advancement. I was given stock for being there a year which they saw fit in taking when I quit. How is that fair when I earned that?
