Pros

you can go in, do your job and leave. you'll actually be a great employee if you dont speak up on issues and just do your job.

Cons

management will hire their friend and give them a promotion over more deserving employees. management can be straight up abusive towards you and you are expected to just take it. they talk about culture and safety all the time but they never implement anything, its always just talk. if you do too well at your job, your supervisor will actively sabotage you.

Pros

- talented people and few backstabbing stories here. Great people to work with - given how chaotic things are, great opportunity to drive your career wherever you want

Cons

- poor management and planning processes, which does not help an unprofitable company to be profitable - if you have a bad manager or your manager does not like you, little chance for you to survive Wayfair. Given no proper onboarding programs, nor good tools, documents to help you be self sufficient -for bi-annual performance evaluations, personal branding(perception) is key, not your actual work -if the business continues not doing well, future layoffs will come

Pros

Benefits start on your first day

Cons

The pay for Training and Develpoment is EXTREMELY low according to industry standards. They expect an enormous amount of work for 40k a year (yes, 40k if you are lucky even with a degree and 5+ years of experience). I was also discriminated against for my gender and pregnancy, but instead of going to HR, I left and now make triple at a job I am valued and compensated appropriately. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT JOIN THE TRAINING DEPARTMENT ANYWHERE IN THIS COMPANY! Even Virtual, as I worked both on site and virtual and it was the same experience.
