DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

No seriously, DO NOT WORK HERE. Save your mental health and avoid this place at all costs

Cons

Complete incompetence by the entire upper management staff. Upper management shows no ability to comprehend basic communication between themselves let alone their staff. Upper management is so far removed from the basic functions of the clinics that they lack the ability to develop new processes to be able to successfully support staff. When presented with new ideas, they are rejected in favor of continuing down the same destructive path. There is a lack of professionalism, when you see a manager walking around in jogger pants you see how little they care. With so much mismanagement there is a high turn over of staff. Staffing shortages means there is little to no staff to run the front desks, complete clinic tasks or answer phones let alone return voicemails. Patients complain constantly of how unresponsive these clinics are. Need a prescription refilled? Good luck .

Pros

Decent Health insurance perks for employees.

Cons

Underpaid compared to other people in the industry. Clear lack of vision that trickles down from the top. No formal training in most positions. Huge lack of vetting process for new employees. Most new employees don't even complete training and leave after seeing the work conditions. Management are bullies that yell at employees and then joke and laugh about it with other managers. Took over work for another person that left, was then doing the new duties and my existing duties with no job title change or pay increase for 2.5 years. Found myself working 60 hour weeks when I became management only to tell me it wasn't hard enough and to remember that I'm replaceable. A lot of shady tactics with most of their own employees and 3rd party contractors. Not paying their bills to try to break contracts. The list goes on and on.
