The mission and the people which drive everything that Wayspring does. Fair compensation.

Cons

We are doing something new which can come with frequent changes- all are good changes, but change can be hard sometimes. The why for change is always shared which makes it easier.

This is the first company I've worked for where they push past the "red tape" and are willing to change, innovate, and hear staff's voices from all departments to make our products and processes better. They treat employee's like humans and find ways to make sure they are cared for through open discussions, the way HR policies are designed, and lifting them up for growth opportunities.

Cons

Change happens frequently which can feel difficult for some, but it means that things are also improving at a fast rate.
