The office environment fosters collaboration and communication. Things like weekly lunch for team members and office snacks allow people to focus on work. Casual attire is allowed and dogs are welcomed - it doesn't get much better than this!
Cons
The open office environment can make focusing challenging at times, but people respect the "headphones-in-ears signals" and there are conference rooms to use.
