You can move around fairly quickly.

Cons

Even though you can move around quickly, you don’t get paid that much for it. The promotion raises used to be a lot more lucrative than what it is now.

Great leadership with an awesome culture of team mates. Waystar definitely invests int their employees by way of giving them the tools, resources and training to be successful.

Cons

This is not so much a con as it is a reality. There is a lot of information to digest in a short amount of time.
