Pros

Accommodations are great. There is always someone to help you, if needed. Groups to connect with your coworkers all over the company ( new hire buddy system) 1 in office- 4 out of office days ( WFH) Training has been easy to follow and resources provided are easily accessible

Cons

The commute, even though attendance in the office is only mandatory for one day each week.

Pros

Thorough training, CEO is inspirational, great culture. You can make very good money there is you have the right opportunities.

Cons

Base pay is not the greatest, but average. Inernal lines of dmarcation are that clearly defined so it can lead to wasted time in trying to create sales opportunities. Also, formal training is great, but needs to include more OJT and practical training. There is a heavy emphasis on KPIs and metrics. If you're a sales person who likes to go out and meet clients this may not be a good fit.
