We leverage compensation data and market analysis as one way to stay current on market trends. In addition, we’re dedicating resources to deepen our understanding of different job markets and compensation across said markets. We are also looking at total compensation by improving benefits such as adding more holidays this year. We appreciate your feedback.

      1. It's a people company. The management listens to the staff and responds. 2. My team is well versed in Security and its issues. The management has shown commitment to Security. 3. Waystar has very good communications to its employees.

      Cons

      1. Work effort is high and moves very fast, but the support and management of the project work and tasks are improving. 2. Acquisitions are still occurring, but there is a plan for migration.
