Pros

Management is very focused on both people and success. The company has a core set of values and the importance of those values are discussed regularly during team meetings and town hall events. Working from home has been a nice changes as I came from a job that was required to be in-office 5 days a week. I was a little concerned that working from home would feel isolated but that has not been the case as Waystar has a standing rule that all calls are done on video. This makes a huge difference in feeling that you remain connected with your group. Everyone that I have met or worked with so far is very friendly, helpful, and professional. All in all while I have only been here a few months the experience has been great so far and I am glad I made the decision to join the Waystar team.

Cons

I really haven't seen anything that gives me concern at this point.

Pros

Waystar definitely puts their employees first in everything they do. I've only been here a couple of months and they've already done more for me than any other company I've worked for. Benefits are amazing! They are very welcoming and live their company values every day.

Cons

Can't really think of anything at this time.

Pros

Their training for new hires is the best I have ever received. It is a lot of information and can be a bit overwhelming if you are new to the industry. However, their training team is awesome, supportive, caring are always their to answer any questions. I just cannot say enough good things about them. They give back to the community which I love because I like helping people. Their values align with my values. So far, everything is better than what I expected!!

Cons

The only thing is their salary is low for my position, but other than that I cannot think of anything negative about Waystar.
