      Pros

      Not very many pros to speak of. Was part of an acquired company.

      Cons

      The benefit package is based out of Louisville, and the healthcare is substandard.

      Pros

      Coworkers and leadership are excellent, it is apparent that they care. We get one WFH day a week with the incentive for a second based on metrics, the pay is decent.

      Cons

      It would be nice to earn more PTO.
